A Letter to My Readers

Blog Everyday in May Challenge, Day 27: A Letter to my readers

To all of you lovely ladies who take the time to stop by and say hi (or just stop by):

Back in the fall when I decided to take the plunge and start this little blog I had no idea what would come of it?  I had begun to follow some amazing bloggers and loved to read about their lives and see their great clothes, but wondered, "Would anyone take the time to see my blog as I saw some of my favorites?"

I've now been blogging for about seven months and I've gotten so much out of it!  Reading the comments you make totally makes my day!  I feel so loved that you guys take the time to read my blog!  I've made so many great "blogging" friends, and so wish I knew you all in real life!  Having this blog has challenged me to look my best each day, and my self-confidence has really blossomed because of that.  Thank you!

As I start my summer break this week my content will change slightly.  I'm starting a series where I will highlight some of my favorite bloggers, I'm going to start using Polyvore a little more (like a used to on for my weekend posts), and will bring you some summer looks too.  My summer style is pretty casual, I hope you understand.  I'll do my best to still bring fun outfits you'd want to recreate, and I know you all will keep me on my toes to look my best each day.

Once again, thanks so much for your support, it means the world to me!

Ginny

I hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day!

  4. I'm looking forward to seeing your summer looks! I'm a little scared about the upcoming summer off (style-wise only of course haha). I got to a good place with my style for work and for cooler weather, but my summer style has always been pretty plain. I'll be looking to you for some inspiration!

  6. Nice letter, Ginny. Truly heartfelt. I must say yours is one of my favorite blogs to read (I mean it) and I would love to have you as a Friend in Real Life. Also, I am excited to see the new content & features & more casual outfits in your blog. Change is good. I will be using Polyvore a little more too, myself. I just started doing it this past Saturday.

BTW, I should have your feature running next week. I will let you know ahead.

Have an Awesome Monday, Ada. =)

  7. Hi Ginny! Just wanted to say that I love your blog. After following you and some others, it has actually inspired me to start one of my own. I love your outfit choices- and the fact that you get them at such awesome prices. It definately makes me not want to spend full price on retail- ever again! Your words and your style are expressed so well! Thanks for taking the time to share your life us!

  12. Hi Ginny!

This is wonderful encouragement for a newbie blogger like me. Sometimes I think, oh gosh, is it worth it? But I love connecting with other bloggers. If I never get 100 followers I'll be fine because I have met some really cool girls. :)
