Bows and Dots

Today I decided to pair my bow cardigan with my polka dot blouse and my purple pencil skirt. I was feeling pretty optimistic about the weather when I took these pictures about a week ago, but reality: I'll be wearing tights with this outfit today, and probably with every skirt I wear until spring.  Sigh....

    The bows and polka dots are adorable together! It is sooo cold here that my legs are just freezing if I wear a skirt/dress...pants are a must for me!

    Such a cute outfit! I have this same Target skirt and it's one of my favorites! I was planning to wear a skirt and tights today, but changed my mind because it was even too cold for that!
