I'm loving this combo today. I think I pinned something red and leopard awhile ago and have been waiting to wear them together. I feel like some outfits just don't work with tights. Tell me I'm not the only one who thinks this???? However, I totally think they work here, which is good because I'm pretty sure today is supposed to be pretty cold today, so my fleece lined tights are a definitely a necessity.
*I found out we get a cold weather-no school day today, so this outfit will have to wait for tomorrow. To those of you dealing with these freezing temps, stay inside, keep warm, pin some stuff, and follow me on Instagram while I try to keep the Grantster entertained and inside.

You are so right - some things just don't work with tights! I've really been contemplating trying out nude tights because of this, but haven't been brave enough yet.
ReplyDeleteThis does work really well though, and red and leopard will always be a favorite color combo of mine!
Chic on the Cheap
I am not looking forward to how cold it's going to be today and tomorrow. Our expected high tomorrow is 19. I gotta get me some sweater tights or something! For now, though, I'm going to get some hot chocolate. Love this outfit on you!

I agree. Sometimes bare legs are better. I do like your black tights with this though! Our school cancelled for today so we get our winter break extended. It's a wind chill of -45! That's just insane!
ReplyDeleteI have to say it: Normally I am not the Leopard-type-of-gal but on you - it is just amazing. WOW! Really love it. Also the skirt looks great on you - I have a similar one. Really love your happy smile :0).
ReplyDeleteHappy to have found you,
Viktoria

ReplyDeleteI love the red and leopard together...very sassy! I agree that some outfits don't look right with tights which is a bummer.
ReplyDeleteIt was so cold here the other day that I wore my fleece lined leggings under my jeans, haha. Enjoy your day off and stay warm!

I still have yet to get fleece-lined tights! Everything is canceled today where we live too. Seems like a good day to stay inside!!
ReplyDeleteI have always loved Red & Leopard. This Outfit is no exception. Both pieces pop next to each other. Loving the collar of the blazer, also.
ReplyDeleteI love how red and leopard look together. It's a bold combination but a classic at the same time. I know it's totally nerdy but I love seeing how the weather works it's way across the country through blogs haha. We are supposed to get the crazy cold snap starting tonight, I'm wondering if we'll have a "cold" day tomorrow too.
ReplyDeleteThis look is so perfectly chic! I love the red skirt with the leopard print. And your slim cut blazer looks fab on you! Thanks so much for linking up with Mix It Mondays! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit...I love leopard and red (that skirt remains a great find for you)!

Love the tights with this! It's pretty cold down my way but we still had school! Talk about CRAZY!! :) Hope you enjoyed your day off!
