My Favorite Dress

As the title suggests, this is my favorite dress. I got it last summer and wore it a number of times during my 30x30 challenge, but wanted to try it this time with a jean jacket for a spring transition look.  I really like the result and am sure it'll continue to be a favorite for quite some time.

Dress: Express $30
Belt: The Limited $10
Necklace: Charming Charlie's $6
Jacket: The Limited (circa 2003)
Shoes: Nine West $30

This week I'll be linking up with Franish and Along the Lines of Style for the 5 Days, 5 Ways series. Today is dress! Here are four other ways I've styled this dress:

  18. I also like this dress a lot and its colors. I have a dress in those water-colors and similar print, also from Express. You also wore this dress when you Guest-posted for me. To tell you the truth, the way you are wearing it today and the way you tucked it into the purple pencil skirt, to make it as a top, are my most favorite ways you wear it. =)

  27. When I was a kid, I never understood when my mom would tell me she got cold looking at me (in whatever I'd chosen to wear). Now I understand! I am from the South and if I'd been outside in that dress with snow visible, I probably would have died of cold! I'm not very resilient, I guess.

Anyway, it's totally cool how you turned it into a top! I never would have thought to do that.
