The weekend is here! Wahoooo!!! We usually take it easy and don't do a whole lot, therefore I'm usually wearing a long sleeve t-shirt with jeans and my tennis shoes. Well, 30x30, you have changed my weekend look! Watch out moms of Walmart, because I'm shopping for milk and eggs in a bubble necklace and heels!
Cardigan: Apt 9 $ 3 (thrifted)
Top: Target $6
Bubble Necklace: Ebay $10
Jeans: Earl $5 (thrifted)
Belt: Kohls $1.5
Shoes: Nine West $30

If I ever doing this challenge again, I'm totally taking Saturday's off. I miss sweatpants...
ReplyDeleteIf you're following the "Kendi" rules of 30 x 30, I seem to remember her saying that workout clothes don't count. Sweatpants are totally workout clothes. And fighting through the hoards of moms at Wal-mart on Saturdays is totally a workout... :)
DeleteHmm, that advise sounds pretty sound. And if Keni said it, it must be true. :)
DeleteI love that necklace so much (I have said this before I know but I do like to repeat myself now I am getting old..)
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely casual look with a nice smart edge to it.
Have a lovely day

Oh I love that striped cardi. I just thrifted a navy blue jacket thing from Lucky brand for $3. Sadly, it's going to be too hot (77 degrees in the ol'South) to wear it!
ReplyDeleteSadly we don't have the same temperature problem here.... I hope you get to wear you great fund soon :)
DeleteHi Ginny! I adore your blog and your style. I literally just got the same mint bubble necklace as a gift for Christmas, and I'm obsessed. Following you from the Saturday Morning Blog Hop. I'd love for you to stop by and follow back :) Happy Saturday!

Fun! Everything is better with a bubble necklace!
DeleteI'm going to follow you because your style is simple, which I like. Maybe, I might learn a thing or two, from watching you. You got a lot of snow where you live. It has been 350 plus days without an inch of snow in Chicago.
ReplyDeleteThanks! U am so jealous you haven't had snow!
DeleteWow lady, I love your style! So happy I stumbled across your blog today, and can't wait to follow the rest of your 30X30. I have done 2 and LOVED the challenge!
